Chinese New Year

We had a great time learning about Chinese New Year!  Our dramatic play center was a Chinese restaurant with chopsticks, menus, and dishes.  We also used chopsticks during a math game.  We rolled the diced and placed that many cotton balls in the Chinese food container.  We tasted chow mein noodles and fortune cookies- YUMMY!
